General Changes: 
Increased the drop rate of Empty Forest pixie cards.

increased the price of tamed koala ( since the event is over ) 

Fixes:
GMFB: Now  regenerates  % of MP when used.
Fixed the issue with the item not going back into the enhancement slot after failing the enchantment

Class Changes:

classes damage  increased by 10% in pve except pet class + oracle + merc 

Berserker:
Thunderbolt Wind Cut: Fixed the issue with the targets not getting hit when skill is used too close to them.

Mercenary: 
Lust for Blood: decreased the skill's dmg increase from 50% to 45%.

Immortality : decreased state   base duration from 15 secs to  12 secs .

Beast Master:
Soothe Creature: Now heals the Character and the pet by 2% each 4 seconds, instead of 3% each 3 seconds.
Overrun: Decreased the skill's basic increase from 28% to 25%.
Spirit Link: now increases stats by 2.8% per lv instead of 3% per lv.
Domestication: Now increases stats by 3.5% per lv instead of 4%

Templar:
Judgment of Heaven: Decreased the skill's cd from 70 secs to 60 secs, and increased its radius.
